E.M.P.O.W.E.R Event
For the first time Hibiscus Women’s Center is hosting an event called E.M.P.O.W.E.R - Education and Mentorship to Protect Our Worth in Excellence and Responsibility.
This is a community event for teen girls and young women to be able to come together to learn more about what it means to be a woman, discover some great resources, and learn how they can protect themselves from threats, bullying, self doubt, depression and much more.
The purpose of the event is to empower young woman to celebrate the strength and impact of community and girls’ ability to become their best selves. The event will be powerful, uplifting and engaging for teens girls and young woman to attend. E.M.P.O.W.E.R is committed to equipping young women with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to define and successfully navigate their lives to be able to achieve their goals and dreams.
