Our dedicated and experienced support staff contributes to the Hibiscus Women’s Care experience and helps us render care safely and efficiently. Our patients’ safe and comfortable care is each staff member’s top priority.
Jessica Henry - Practice Administrator
Jessica was born and raised in South Florida, where she completed her education and attended Florida Atlantic University. Her career in healthcare spans more than two decades, beginning as a Health Information Specialist at Palms West Hospital in Loxahatchee, Florida. After five years in a hospital setting, she relocated to Brevard County in 2005 and transitioned into Interventional Pain Management.
During her eight years as the Front Office Manager, Jessica gained extensive experience as both a surgical coordinator and procedure scheduler, developing a strong foundation in clinical operations, patient care and office management skills. In 2014, she entered the Vascular Surgery specialty, where she spent the next 10+ years; eight years as the Office Manager and the last two as the Practice Administrator.
Throughout her career, Jessica has cultivated a deep passion for patient care, fostering meaningful relationships with her employees team, and supporting providers and patients through every step of their healthcare journey.
Hibiscus Women’s Center is thrilled to welcome Jessica to the team as of September 2025 and looks forward to the leadership, experience, and compassion she brings to the practice.
Billiejo Austin, CPC-A - A/R Analyst, Billing & Collections
Billie grew up in the little town of Windsor NY where she also graduated high school. She received an AA in Health Administration from University of Phoenix, certified CPC, and worked in the health field for over 20 years.
Melanie Ramirez, CPC - Billing & Collections
Melanie has been an integral part of Hibiscus Women’s Center since 2011, serving as our Certified Medical Biller and Coder. With 30 years of experience and extensive knowledge in medical billing and coding, she ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all aspects of the billing process. Melanie’s attention to detail and dedication help maintain the smooth financial operations of our practice. Her long-standing commitment and expertise make her a valued and trusted member of the Hibiscus Women’s Center team.
Lisa - Viera Office Manager
Lisa joined Hibiscus Women’s Center in August 2023 and serves as the Office Manager at our Viera location. She oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring that both patients and staff experience a smooth, efficient, and supportive environment. With strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent patient care, Lisa plays a key role in maintaining the high standards and friendly atmosphere that define Hibiscus Women’s Center.
Lisa - Medical Receptionist
Lisa is a valued member of our front desk team, where she greets patients and checks them in and out with professionalism and care. She is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and well-informed throughout their visit. Lisa has been a part of Hibiscus Women's Center since May 2011!
Teresita - Medical Receptionist
Tess joined our front office team in August 2017 as our Check-In Receptionist. Over the years, she has become an essential part of the practice, known for her friendly personality, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring each patient’s visit starts off smoothly.
Brittany - Medical Receptionist
Brittany joined Hibiscus Women’s Center in November 2024 and serves as our Front Office Receptionist in the Viera location. In addition to welcoming patients and managing front desk operations, she provides valuable support to our care team by assisting with postpartum follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing patient charts. Brittany’s friendly personality, strong organizational skills, and dedication to patient care make her an important part of our Hibiscus Women’s Center team.
Ronda - Surgical Coordinator
Ronda joined Hibiscus Women’s Center in July 2024 and serves as our Surgical Coordinator. She is responsible for scheduling all hospital surgeries, C-sections, inductions and in-office procedures, ensuring every detail is carefully organized for both patients and providers. Ronda’s strong communication skills between our office and Holmes Regional medical Center includes attention to detail, and dedication to a smooth and stress-free experience for those preparing for their procedures. Her efficiency and professionalism make her an invaluable part of the Hibiscus Women’s Center team.
Justina
Justina joined Hibiscus Women’s Center in November 2022 and plays a key role in supporting both our patients and providers. She handles FMLA and short-term disability paperwork, manages medical records and referrals, and assists with patient form completions. Justina also helps coordinate patient communications, ensuring messages and requests are handled efficiently and with care. Her attention to detail and commitment to patient service make her a valued member of our team.
Karla, Sara & Christi
Karla, Sara, and Christi make up our dedicated Phone and Scheduling Team here at Hibiscus Women’s Center. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, they play an essential role in providing friendly and efficient service. This team assists with answering calls, scheduling appointments, and directing patient inquiries to ensure each call is handled with care and accuracy.
Karla joined our team in May 2025, while Sara and Christi both became part of the Hibiscus family in September 2025. Together, they bring warmth, professionalism, and teamwork to every patient interaction, helping us maintain the exceptional level of service our patients deserve.
Danielle- Lab Tech
Danielle works in our lab drawing blood and giving injections. She has been with Hibiscus Women's Center since 2017.
Katherine
Katherine joined Hibiscus Women’s Center in August 2023 and serves as our Obstetrics Referral Coordinator. She plays an essential role in ensuring our expectant mothers receive seamless and timely care by coordinating referrals and communicating closely with both patients and outside providers. Katherine also gathers pertinent insurance benefit information to help patients understand their financial responsibilities and ensure a smooth billing process. Her organization, compassion, and attention to detail make her a valued member of the Hibiscus Women’s Center team.
Lydia Baker-Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula
Lydia became a Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula in 2004. She teaches childbirth, breastfeeding, baby care, and sibling classes for Holmes Regional Medical Center, Hibiscus Women's Center, and privately by appointment. Additionally, she taught in the Teen Parent Program in local area high schools for 10 years. Lydia stays current on the latest research to better serve her families; she strives to fully equip them as they embark on a new phase in their lives. Lydia married her husband, Warren in 1999 and together, they have 4 wonderful and adventurous boys.
