We were informed late last night that new visitor restrictions have been implemented in L&D at Holmes Regional Medical Center. This will protect not only other patients but also the staff. Laboring patients will only be allowed one guest for the entire duration of their admission. This includes children, other family, and doulas not being allowed in the hospital during the patient's stay.
